All entrants must be eighteen (18) years of age or older.
Prize 1: $20,000 to spend at Canadian Tire. Made for Life in Canada, from sports & recreation, kitchen, home and pet products to hardware, tools & automotive supplies, even automotive services or in-store credit. To be used in the Grande Prairie, AB store only; Cannot be used on gift cards.
Prize 2: Locally owned and operated Bullets and Broadheads is a diverse business where you can shoot at our ranges. Shop our 10,000 square foot retail floor or learn in our classroom with different industry related courses. We have everything for the outdoor enthusiasts including Fat Tire E Bikes that will make enjoying our country even more thrilling. Choose from $20,000 in these products, memberships, and services.

MIXTAPE MANIA RULES AND REGULATIONS
1. All merchandise won is final. There is no cash value or refund for items won. Items may not be exchanged unless authorized by the merchant. By submitting your entry, you are providing confirmation that you will adhere to the listed rules.
2. No purchase is necessary to enter. Must be 18+ to win.
3. Listen to 98.9 Rewind Radio, daily, from April 3rd to May 19th, 2023 for Rewind’s Mixtape Mania Contest.
4. The Official Entry Form lists thirty (30) Mixtape Artists selected by Rewind, however they are not listed in the proper order. Listen to Rewind for the correct order of Mixtape Mania Artists and corresponding number. Enter this number beside the Mixtape Artist in the space provided.
5. Completed contest entries must be submitted online through the Mixtape Mania entry page at www.989RewindRadio.com no later than 6PM Thursday, May 18th, 2023. Only digital entry forms will be recognized.
6. Please ensure all information including your full name, address, city/town, telephone number, cell phone number if available, and date of birth are correct before submitting your entry. Only your name will be publicly displayed upon entry, all other information is strictly confidential.
7. GRAND PRIZE DRAWS: a) In order to win the Grand Prize the correct listing must appear on the entry form. b) Entry forms will be drawn until a correct one is found. c) The winning entrant is required to correctly answer a skill testing question in order to claim the Grand Prize. d) The draw will be made on Friday, May 19th, 2023 on the Morning Rewind and the winner will be contacted. e) Winner must confirm their prize choice by 8:30am on Tuesday, May 23rd, 2023.
8. Proprietors and immediate family members of all major sponsors, and Rewind (98.9 FM) / Pattison Media Ltd. – Grande Prairie are ineligible to win the Grand Prize. Immediate Family Members are defined as brothers, sisters, parents, children, spouse and anyone living in the same household.
